Backflow testing in Prosper: what to expect

New construction brings a specific problem: an assembly installed by a builder is often never tested and never filed, so the homeowner gets a notice from the Town of Prosper for a test that was supposed to happen at handover. We handle those quickly, and if the installation is wrong — wrong height, no clearance, wrong assembly for the hazard — we tell you before the town does.
Prosper's amenity-rich HOAs, with lagoons, splash pads, and extensive common-area landscaping, need their own assemblies certified. We batch those with the town's due dates and file every report with Prosper Public Works.

Town of Prosper Public Works requires an initial test on new installations plus annual certification thereafter. We complete the state test-and-maintenance report on site and file it directly with Town of Prosper Public Works, then email you a copy for your records.
