Our technicians show up to the job site, verify the device is properly installed according to city code, test it with calibrated gauges, and handle common clean-outs or quick repairs when debris from new lines keeps a check or relief valve from seating. When an assembly is missing or the installed device is wrong for the hazard, we can install the correct backflow assembly and test it as part of the same process.
Each city has its own approval process for new construction backflow work. We keep clients updated, file passing results with the city or municipality using the proper permitting information, and send official test reports as soon as possible.
